Don and Dana Hafeman Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund
The purpose of the fund is to provide a $10,000 scholarship to one graduating student from a Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) high school. The scholarship recipient would receive $2,500 / semester until the award is exhausted. Specifically, the scholarship should benefit a student who may otherwise not have the resources for a two-year or four-year post-secondary program. See below for application criteria.
The scholarship will be awarded based on the following criteria:
- Financial need
- Compelling personal statement
- Minimum 3.0 grade point average
- Active in extracurricular activities of a competitive nature (e.g. athletics, debate club)
