“The Helen Boley Estate gift allowed us to be creative and engage our community in planning for Leopold in ways that build community and develop trust among many stakeholders. Without this gift, we would not be able to engage in innovative thinking that is based on our equity vision and beliefs”

Can I make a donation in honor of someone?
You can celebrate a loved one, mark a special occasion, or simply remind someone they are on your mind with a special gift to the Foundation. You can also choose to make tribute gifts by collecting donations for a celebration, like a wedding, or in remembrance of a special person.
On the donor form, please check the box, “this donation is in honor or memory of someone” beneath your name and address. You will be prompted to fill in the name of the person you are honoring. You can also add contact information and a personal note so that the Foundation can notify this person of your special gift. The donation amount will not be specified in the note to your honoree, unless you instruct us otherwise.
Do you have a question about a tribute gift you’ve made? Email [email protected] or call 608-210-6900.
How can I make a gift anonymously?
On the donor form, please check the box, “I prefer to remain anonymous.” This ensures that your name will not appear on our website or printed materials. The Foundation will keep a record of your name and information associated with your gift in a secure database for payment processing purposes. We will not share this information and will only use it for the purposes of communicating with you directly.
Do you accept furniture, equipment, and computers?
On rare occasions we are able to serve as a broker between a donor and schools. Please contact Mary Bartzen, Community Partnerships Director at [email protected] with donation information. If we are able to find a match, we will then discuss terms of delivery.
The best way to directly support student and teacher needs is to make a gift to the Teacher Support Network, an online store where schools can purchase high-need items.
If your question is not answered here, please contact Terri Kysely, Operations Manager at [email protected]rg or 608-210-6903 for additional support.
