Transition Education Program Fund

This fund supports the Transition Education Services/Program or its successor through the Madison Metropolitan School District. This program’s goal is to reduce barriers to school enrollment, attendance, engagement, and achievement so that children from families who are experiencing homelessness have a “full and equal opportunity” to succeed in school and their community.
