Shabazz City High School Endowment Fund
The income from the school endowment fund provides Shabazz City High School the opportunity for school-based grants to support creative and innovative projects in our school.
Shabazz prides itself for offering creative and innovative classes, often with a project-based learning focus. Endowment funds have purchased many sets of books for classes such as Exploring Race & Environment, Sustainability & The Outdoors, Environmentalism, Photography & Phenology, and Exploring Wisconsin Outdoors.
Funds have also purchased innovative board games for a popular social studies class that teaches students to close read, infer, cite evidence and strengthen speaking skills through game play. Students also have the opportunity to design and create their own original board games.
