Memorial High School Endowment Fund

The income from the school endowment fund provides Memorial High School the opportunity for school-based grants to support creative and innovative projects in our school.

Endowment funds have supported two lunch-time programs. Black Leaders in Plain Sight is a bi-weekly meeting of students to work on academic success and post high school goals and opportunities through community and team building. The program held field trips and hosted guest speakers.

Ninth Grade Students who are behind in one core academic course are invited by their teachers to receive targeted support for an extended period of time to allow the student to demonstrate core content and skill competency.
