La Follette High School Endowment Fund

The income from the school endowment fund provides La Follette High School the opportunity for school-based grants to support creative and innovative projects in our school.

La Follette has used their endowment to fund training for their Instructional Leadership Team composed of 17 staff with the goal of building instructional leadership capacity and systems to carry out the instructional foci of our school improvement plan: AVID Critical Reading and Engaging Instruction. This team directly supports all other teachers to become a more cohesive unit, understanding how to lead adults and navigate change management.
